CREDIT TERMS AND AGREEMENT

This application is made with the understanding and agreement that credit terms are NET 21 days. If payment in full is not made within 21 days of the date invoiced, it is understood and agreed that interest will be charged on overdue accounts at the rate of 2% per month (24% per annum), and future orders will be on C.O.D. basis only until the account is current. All expenses incurred by Soup Nutsy Canada Inc., including legal fees in the collection of any and all funds past due will be applied to all past, present and future invoices submitted.

Payment Terms: Net 21 days from the date of the invoice. Soup Nutsy accepts cash, checks as well as Visa, Master Card and American Express.
